SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

HOW WILL YOU SEND MY SKHWAMA BAG TO ME?
We use reputable South African couriers to get your bag delivered quickly to your door. Every parcel has a tracking number which we can use to track the progress of that parcel effortlessly. When a parcel is booked out with our couriers, our system automatically updates your order with your tracking number and notifies you either by email or sms.

I'VE JUST PLACED MY ORDER. WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY?
Shipping times do vary slightly depending on your delivery address. We typically deliver within 3-5 working days anywhere in South Africa, but occasionally parcels may have slightly longer delivery times because your location is in an outlying area.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
Our couriers only deliver during weekdays between 8am and 5pm. We don't deliver on Weekends, or Public Holidays. It's best for you to give us the address where you'll normally be located between 8am and 5pm during the week.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED YET. WHAT CAN I DO?

CAN I GET MY PARCEL DELIVERED TO A COUNTRY OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA?
Unfortunately, not. We currently only service deliveries within South Africa.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order tracking number via SMS and a link to track your order. This will assist you in tracking the movement of your parcel
