Refund policy

Return:

You can return your SKHWAMA within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

We will arrange collection of the item with couriers at YOUR cost or you can deliver the item to a physical address that will be provided

  • The bag must be in an original condition
  • The bag must be unworn
  • The bag must be in its original packaging

 

Refund:

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or we will process a refund to your bank account within 10 working days.
